Shipping Policy

At Throttle Clutch Co., most items are made, packed, and fulfilled after your order is placed. Please allow 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase for your order to be processed and shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, your location, weather delays, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. The 2–3 week window refers to the time it may take for your order to be prepared and handed off to the carrier. Once the carrier receives the package, transit time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Order Delays

Due to high order volume, limited drops, promotional events, or backordered items, some orders may take slightly longer to ship. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the label has been created.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Throttle Clutch Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and checking with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Throttle Clutch Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an issue with your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible.

Giveaway Entries

If your purchase includes giveaway entries, entries are automatically submitted once your eligible order is placed. Shipping delays do not affect your valid entries.
