At Throttle Clutch Co., we want every customer to be confident in their order. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, limited drops, made-to-order fulfillment, digital products, and promotional giveaway entries, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered, change of mind, shipping delays, or duplicate purchases.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion.
Size Exchanges
Please double-check the size chart before placing your order. Because many items are limited-release or made-to-order, we cannot guarantee size exchanges.
If you ordered the wrong size, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not entered production or fulfillment, we may be able to help update it, but changes are not guaranteed.
Digital Products
All digital product sales are final. Digital items may include wallpapers, downloads, Speed Pass products, or other electronically delivered items.
Once a digital product has been purchased or delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Giveaway Entries and Refunds
If your order includes giveaway entries, entries are automatically submitted once an eligible order is placed.
If an order is refunded, canceled, disputed, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent, any associated giveaway entries may be voided.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Please review the Official Rules for the specific giveaway for full details.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a replacement item is approved, shipping details will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Throttle Clutch Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production, fulfillment, or shipment.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately at ride@throttleclutchco.com. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, Throttle Clutch Co. reserves the right to cancel the order, void any associated promotional entries, and restrict future purchases or participation in promotions.
