Returns & Exchanges
To protect the integrity and fairness of our giveaways, all sales are final. Because giveaway entries are associated with completed purchases, we are unable to offer refunds or order cancellations once an order has been placed.
We do, however, accept size exchanges on eligible apparel.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
- Exchange approval is subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ride@throttleclutchco.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we'll work with you to provide a replacement or another appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed within **2–5 business days**, excluding weekends and holidays. During active giveaway periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Throttle Clutch Co. is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier and recipient. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Giveaway Entries
Eligible purchases automatically receive entries into the active Throttle Clutch Co. giveaway as outlined in our Official Rules.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) is available in accordance with our Official Rules.
