Scam notice. If you are selected as a potential winner, we will contact you only using the email and/or phone number you provided at entry. We will never ask for credit card or bank details to claim a prize, and we do not notify winners via social media DMs.
1. Sponsor/Administrator
Throttle Clutch Co., Georgetown, Texas 78626 (“Sponsor”). Sponsor is the sole administrator unless Sponsor appoints an independent administrator for drawing/winner verification.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18+ (or age of majority in state of residence, if higher) at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, and the immediate family/household members of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Sweepstakes Period
Begins February 23, 2026 and ends April 10, 2026 or when Sponsor announces close of entries, whichever occurs first (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s system/server is the official time-keeping device.
4. How to Enter
There are two (2) ways to enter:
1. Purchase (Bonus Entries with Qualifying Products)
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible purchases on throttleclutchco.com of designated items will earn entries as disclosed on the product page or cart at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, each $1.00 USD in eligible pre-tax merchandise equals one (1) entry. From time to time, Sponsor may announce bonus entry multipliers (e.g., 2×, 10×, 50×) and/or Speed Pass products that include digital wallpapers and a one-time discount code for future purchases; any such offers will clearly state the number of entries awarded. Entries are calculated based on the pre-tax merchandise subtotal and exclude shipping and handling, discounts, refunds, and chargebacks.
Entry Allocation by Product:
Certain qualifying products may award a fixed or promotional number of entries that differs from the baseline per-dollar entry structure. Any such entry amounts or multipliers will be clearly disclosed on the applicable product page or promotional material at the time of purchase. Entry allocations may vary by product, promotion, or time period.
Important: Returns/chargebacks void associated entries. Purchasing with the intent to return to accumulate entries is prohibited and may result in disqualification and account ban.
2. Mail-In (No Purchase Necessary “AMOE”)
To enter without a purchase, hand-print on a 3″×5″ card: your full name, mailing address, city/state/ZIP, phone number, email address, date of birth, and the entry tier or promotional offer you are requesting (e.g., “10× Speed Pass,” “50× Bundle,” or equivalent). Place in a #10 envelope with proper postage and mail to: Throttle Clutch Co. Giveaway – AMOE PO Box 928 Georgetown, TX 78627
Each valid AMOE received will receive the same number of entries as a qualifying product or promotional offer selected by the entrant, subject to the same entry limits and restrictions applicable to all entries. If an AMOE is postmarked during a period when a publicly announced product-specific entry promotion or time-based multiplier is in effect, the AMOE will receive the corresponding entry amount or multiplier applicable on that postmark date.
- Limit: one (1) AMOE per outer envelope; each envelope mailed separately.
- Card and envelope must be hand-printed by the entrant. No mechanically reproduced, bulk, or third-party submissions.
- Postmark/receipt deadlines: Postmarked by April 10, 2026 and received by April 8, 2026. If a multiplier day falls on a Sunday/federal holiday, a postmark on the next business day will be honored for that multiplier.
All entries (purchase and AMOE) must comply with these Rules. Proof of mailing/online submission does not constitute proof of receipt.
Promotional entry multipliers, whether product-specific or time-limited, apply equally to entries received via purchase and the Alternative Method of Entry during the applicable promotional period.
5. Entry Limits; Entry Account
Sponsor may, in its discretion, set reasonable daily/overall entry caps to protect integrity. Entries from the same email/phone/address may be combined to a single account at Sponsor’s discretion. Entry limits apply equally to purchase-based entries and entries submitted via the Alternative Method of Entry.
6. Prize; Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)
One (1) Grand Prize: A 2025 Yamaha MT-07 (the “Prize”).
The Prize vehicle will be based on an existing stock 2025 Yamaha MT-07 motorcycle that will undergo modifications, upgrades, and/or customizations selected and performed by Sponsor and its designated partners. All customizations and build decisions—including but not limited to parts, performance upgrades, paint, accessories, and aesthetic modifications—will be made at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor may document and share progress of the build publicly throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
Prize vehicle is awarded AS IS, without any warranty or guarantee of any kind from the Sponsor, express or implied. Manufacturer’s warranties, if any, are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. The Prize vehicle may differ from promotional imagery and may include aftermarket or performance modifications not endorsed by the manufacturer.
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, registration, title, insurance, licensing, emissions/safety readiness, and any costs associated with pickup, transport, or use of the Prize.
Winner must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain legally required insurance prior to delivery. Prize must be picked up from a Sponsor-specified location in Texas within thirty (30) days of notification unless otherwise arranged in writing. Failure to take possession within the stated period may result in forfeiture of the Prize and selection of an alternate winner.
Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a cash alternative of comparable value if the Prize becomes unavailable or impractical to deliver. Any such substitution will be communicated to the winner prior to award.
7. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. All eligible entries, regardless of method of entry, are treated equally for purposes of winner selection.
8. Winner Selection & Notification
Potential winner selected in a random drawing on or about April 17, 2026 from all eligible entries received. Sponsor (or an independent administrator) will attempt to notify via email/phone using the information provided at entry. Potential winner must respond within 3 business days and may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release (where lawful), IRS Form W-9, and any other requested documentation within 7 days of notification. Noncompliance, inability to contact, or ineligibility may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate.
9. Taxes
Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes/fees associated with the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC reflecting the ARV.
10. Publicity
Where permitted by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name, city/state, likeness, and statements for advertising/publicity in any media without further compensation or approval.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with or abuses any aspect of the Sweepstakes, acts in violation of these Rules, or acts unsportsmanlike or disruptive. If for any reason the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned (e.g., fraud, technical issues, force majeure), Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend it and, if feasible, select the winner from eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the action taken. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term is not a waiver.
12. Release & Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation or prize use, including but not limited to technical errors, unauthorized human intervention, mail/processing errors, or personal injury/property damage. In any cause of action, Sponsor’s liability is limited to the cost of entering/participating, and in no event shall attorneys’ fees, punitive, incidental, consequential, or other damages be recoverable (some states do not allow limitations/waivers; residents of such states may have additional rights).
13. Disputes; Governing Law; Venue
These Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for any action arising hereunder shall be in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas (or the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, Austin Division), and entrants consent to personal jurisdiction therein. Class-action waivers apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14. Privacy
Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at throttleclutchco.com/pages/privacy-policy and will be used for administration and marketing consistent with that policy. You may opt out of marketing at any time without affecting your entries at throttleclutchco.com/pages/data-sharing-opt-out.
15. Winner List
To request the winner’s first name/last initial and city/state, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Throttle Clutch Co. – Winner List Request, PO Box 928 Georgetown, TX 78627, to be received by June 7, 2026.
16. Miscellaneous
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect. No assignment by entrants. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal/greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Speed Pass & Digital Product Disclosures
- Speed Passes include: exclusive digital phone wallpaper pack + a one-time discount code for future apparel. Bonus entries are awarded as disclosed on the product page.
- No purchase necessary. Entry also available via mail-in; see Official Rules.
- Purchases/returns/chargebacks: entries tied to canceled or refunded orders are void.
- Texas notice: winner responsible for title, registration, insurance, and pick-up in TX unless otherwise approved by Sponsor.
